Dr. Nilesh Mahendra Banthia

 

 

With over two decades of clinical excellence, Dr. Nilesh Mahendra Banthia stands as a trusted name in internal medicine, cardiology, and diabetology in the Panvel region. A graduate of MGM Medical College, Kamothe (MBBS, 1999), Dr. Banthia completed his postgraduate training (DNB – Medicine) from the prestigious Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai in 2003.

In pursuit of deeper expertise in cardiac care, Dr. Banthia undertook a Fellowship in Echocardiography from the renowned JROP Institute, Delhi. He further strengthened his diabetology credentials with the CCEBDM certification from PHFI and an advanced certificate in Cardiology and Diabetes from the Harvard School of Medicine in 2023.

 

Dr. Banthia has been serving the community of Panvel since 2004. Known for his patient-centric approach and comprehensive clinical acumen, he brings together modern diagnostic capabilities with compassionate care. His contributions to the field have also been recognized through national and international conference presentations, including at ECAVI (Vienna, 2019), the IAE annual conferences (Chennai 2014 & 2016), and the MED Inspire conference at DY Patil, Nerul—where he received the Best Paper Award. He has also presented cases at CIMS conferences in Ahmedabad.
